Most roles in SCW operate between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, with some roles having a requirement to cover an occasional Saturday morning shift 9am-12 noon. This role can be delivered in a flexible hybrid way with any travel, site visits or meetings arranged by agreement on a very occasional basis. Main duties of the job The post requires inputting data and carrying out crucial data qualitychecks that support the Child Health Information Service outputs and following systems that promote and support the continued development and improvement of data quality across Child Health Services. To accurately record births and create new referrals to the Health Visiting Service. To proactively follow up incomplete immunisation histories. Requirement to work on a Saturday on a Rota basis if applicable to the service. To accurately record immunisation data for 0-19 year olds.
