Office Administrator Position
Exciting opportunity for an office administrator to join a leading London law firm to provide administrative support. The majority of the role will be archiving work: recording and closing client files and preparing to send to storage. You will also be assisting with post room duties and other general office responsibilities including photocopying, scanning, preparing meeting rooms, and setting up equipment and furniture. Additionally, you will provide some front of house support when the receptionist is on lunch break and for one hour in the evening between 5pm – 6pm.
If you have experience as an office assistant or facilities assistant, that would be beneficial, but they would also be happy to train a college leaver/graduate looking for a start. You must have a can-do, positive attitude as well as excellent telephone and customer service skills, as you will be covering reception when needed. Excellent long-term prospects within the firm for the successful candidate.
