Job Title: English and Maths KS3 Outreach Tutor Location: England, Greater London, Stratford Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 per hour Job Duties: Deliver engaging English and Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 students Provide individualised support to students with varying learning needs Develop and implement lesson plans in line with the national curriculum Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback for improvement Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure student success Have SEN/ SEMH experience Manage challenging behaviour Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK Excellent knowledge of the KS3 English and Maths curriculum Experience working with diverse student populations Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire students Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience in delivering outreach education programmes Knowledge of additional languages is a plus Working Conditions: Part-time hours, with flexibility required based on student needs Work primarily in learners home settings in Greater London Potential for travel within the local area for outreach sessions All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
