Job summary
An exciting opportunity had arisen for a motivated and dynamic individual to join the Medical division as a Centre Manager for the Endocrinology and Diabetes Service.
The post holder will be responsible for the Earlswood Centre which provides care for Endocrinology and Diabetes patients.
As the Centre Manager you will manage day to day operational requirements, provide comprehensive and effective secretarial support to consultants and Clinical Nurse Specialists and also line manage the administrative team.
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate team leader and/or management skills and are passionate about service improvement and access to high quality patient care. You should have great communication skills and thrive working within a busy and changing environment. Knowledge around NHS national targets/standards is desirable as is previously line management experience. Excellent customer service experience is essential and these skills can be demonstrated in your application and interview.
