Your Requirements:
- Prepare food items at the station according to specifications and time limits.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
- Coordinate food delivery within preset time standards.
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or higher.
- Experience working with similar cuisine.
- Great English language communication skills.
- Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards.
- Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
