Base pay range
As our new Head of Digital Transformation, you’ll lead the evolution of the systems and digital tools that power our business. This isn’t your typical IT role, it’s about delivering meaningful change and enabling smarter ways of working across every department.
You’ll report to the Business Operations Director and lead our internal IT team, including ERP and AI specialists. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver our digital roadmap, ensuring our systems, data, and infrastructure support future growth. From optimising our ERP to implementing scalable tech like WMS and automation tools, you’ll be key to helping us scale effectively.

What Success Looks Like
* Leading the early stages of our digital transformation by reviewing and upgrading our core systems to support future growth and integration.
* Spotting the pain points in our current setup and finding opportunities for meaningful, quick improvements.
* Creating a clear and collaborative governance model to guide digital change across teams and departments.
Your Flair in Action
You’re a commercially savvy leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems and people. You bring clarity to complex problems and you know how to take a business and a team on a journey of change.
You’ll ideally have:
* A strong track record of leading digital transformation in a supply chain, wholesale, or manufacturing setting.
* A solid understanding of business processes and how digital tools create efficiency and growth.
* Experience shaping and improving ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
* Proven ability to lead change, engage teams and embed new ways of working.
* A strategic mindset with sharp commercial awareness.
* Experience developing and leading an internal IT team through change and growth.
Your day-to-day will include:
Business Strategy & Change (50%)
* Deliver a digital transformation roadmap aligned with business growth and operational excellence.
* Identify automation, AI, and process improvement opportunities that reduce complexity and cost.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to ensure systems align with business needs.
* Guide ERP strategy and support improvements in functionality and reporting.
* Oversee the day-to-day leadership of the internal IT team.
* Enhance user experience and ensure scalable systems are implemented, including WMS and automation tools.
* Manage external vendors and tech partners.
Digital Adoption & Team Enablement (20%)
* Champion change across the business and encourage digital ways of working.
* Support communication and training that enables successful adoption.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week.
Hybrid Working:
This role offers hybrid working, with time in the office especially valued during our busiest periods when collaboration is key. While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you’ll spend most of your days in the office, working our core hours of 09:30–15:30, Monday to Friday—with flexibility around start and finish times to suit your schedule and location.
