Up to £34,000 depending on experience
As a Site Administrator, you are responsible for how projects run daily and for ensuring that all aspects of the site administration are completed with exceptional attention to detail and within deadlines. You also administer the plans and budgets for construction projects.
You will work closely with agencies, contractors, and project managers. If you are analytical, this job will suit you, especially if you can manage timelines and deadlines effectively:
1. Complete every contract's required administrative tasks.
2. Produce Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS).
3. Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Life Time Quality Records (LTQR's), and O&M manuals.
4. Manage COSHH documentation and upload relevant completed documentation to the client.
5. Organise the hiring, delivery to site, and collection of plant & machinery (cranes, MEWPs).
6. Raise purchase orders for hires & consumable items.
7. Reconcile, check, and clear invoices in a timely manner.
8. Arrange site access and book in materials & equipment into client sites via their online booking systems.
9. Set up on-site or online H&S inductions for the clients' worksites.
10. Organise H&S/Competency training for the site-based teams.
While most of your duties are administrative, you need a working knowledge and experience in construction/fabrication or engineering, particularly with producing RAMS and site H&S.
This is a permanent, full-time office-based role.
