We are looking for a Machine Shop Team Leader to join the team on site, full time.

The role of Machine Shop Team Leader will be responsible for the following areas:
1. To manage and motivate production operatives
2. Record, monitor and advise on production performance as part of the QCD metrics
3. Monitor actual performance against standard cycle times
4. Set and monitor KPIs on the shop floor
5. The role requires the use and setup of the following machines:
* Cylindrical grinding
* Surface grinding
* Bore grinding
* Milling
* Linishing
* Fettling
* Ultrasonic cleaning
