The role The firm is seeking to hire a Head of Dorking office that is likely to be a Residential Property Partner. You will oversee the office of 10, working with the equity partners across the firms' other offices that includes Mayfair, Essex and South London. You will drive this office into the future, working with the wider leadership team on strategy and planning. You will take a lead at mentoring and training more junior members of the team. This role has good prospects for equity partnership in the future. You will run a Residential Property caseload, overseeing the conveyancing department in this office, as well as your wider managerial responsibilities. You will be well supported in the role but will also have the autonomy to make the role and office your own. You should be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE required) You should ideally have experience of management You should have leadership qualities and skills Salary is very negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure depending on the offices performance This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to come in and lead the Dorking, Surrey office of this long-established legal 500 ranked firm.
