The Senior Health & Safety Consultant Role
As a Senior Health & Safety Consultant, you'll take the lead on a high-profile MOD project for 12 months. This site-based role offers the chance to work on critical assignments, with future projects across the UK lined up and ready for your expertise.

Further responsibilities include:
1. Conduct site health and safety audits, inspections, and accident investigations.
2. Advise clients on project team capabilities and management, providing comprehensive H&S guidance, training, and support.
3. Attend meetings, actively engaging as part of the construction team to ensure high H&S standards.
4. Manage project administration, including the creation of Health and Safety Files.
5. Deliver key H&S services such as Risk Assessments, Fire Risk Assessments, audits, and training, acting as the "Competent Person" for client portfolios.
6. Ensure smooth progression of client matters, responding promptly to queries and proposing service improvements to the Directors.
7. Assist with the completion of PQQ/tender documents and build strong working relationships through effective communication.
The Senior Health & Safety Consultant
The ideal applicant must match the criteria as follows:
8. BPSS clearance
9. Proven experience in a consultancy setting.
10. A minimum of TechIOSH status, with a preference for candidates working towards or holding CertIOSH.
11. IMaPS or CMaPS status is an added advantage.
12. 5+ years of experience in a construction-related health and safety role.
13. Demonstrable experience providing client-side health and safety services within the construction or property sectors.
14. Familiarity with CDM Regulations and experience in roles such as PD, CDM Coordinator, or Health and Safety Advisor/Manager.
15. Experience with large-scale, complex projects in the UK.
16. Must have the Right to Work in the UK.

18. Monday to Friday work schedule, with site hours typically between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
