We have a new opportunity for a Buying and E-commerce Assistant to join our team.

Manière De Voir is an online fashion brand for Menswear and Womenswear, created to fulfil the need of fashion-forward enthusiasts, who desire trend-focused contemporary designs with competitive prices. We aim to deliver premium quality control, through selected innovative fabrics and garment construction. We are looking for the ideal candidate to fulfil a highly administrative role within the Womenswear Buying team, providing essential support to the team.
Responsibilities
* Assisting the Buying team with product sampling and development. Creating and managing the critical path, liaising with suppliers on a daily basis regarding all sample stages.
* Managing samples stages throughout the Design and Buying process communicating with Designers/Senior levels throughout.
* Assisting seniors in cost price negotiation to meet the required margins set.
* Maintaining the sample library.
* Competitor analysis on a weekly basis for pricing.
* Liaising with suppliers and collating all stock for E-commerce, Campaign and Social shoots.
* Preparing for monthly E-comm photoshoots.
* Consistent online visual merchandising to ensure all products and pages across our websites fit within our brand aesthetic.
* Conduct audits of all websites to spot any errors or areas in need for improvement.
* Maximise sales potential of product recommendations and cross-selling, through weekly reporting, checks and maintenance.
* Maintain the “Back in Stock” list in coordination with the Buying Team.
* Support with migration and site syncing where needed.
* Undertaking web administrative tasks on a weekly basis, creating products, collections and organising SKU's, barcodes, cross selling products.
* Owning the upload process for release of product across all 5 sites.
* Copywriting product descriptions for all monthly releases.
* Assisting with the management of intake into the warehouse for new release deadlines and restocks.
* Providing assistance to the Assistant Buyer/Merchandiser for any promotional activity within the business that requires web administrative tasks.
* Providing assistance to the team for all Buying/Merchandising/Marketing meetings.
* Monitoring and controlling stock movement within the business.
Requirements
* Has a minimum of 1 years' full-time work experience in the relevant field.
* Excellent written skills for both email and copywriting product.
* Strong communication skills with all levels.
* Highly competent with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Familiar with Shopify platform and Inventory Planner app is desirable.
* Familiar with Matrixify app is desirable.
* Hard-working with a strong passion and enthusiasm for the fashion industry.
* Flexible to suit the needs of the business and have willingness to provide essential support to seniors.
* Conscientious with every task undertaken with a high-level of attention to detail.
* Organised and can manage task priority according to responsibilities.
