Your new opportunity
Our Adult Supported Living services in Quarriers Village are looking for Part Time Female Support Workers to assist in the provision of individualised support to adults and/or young people, with a wide range of disabilities, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.

This may be supporting someone with their personal care to retain their independence. It could be supporting someone to plan events and holidays. All possibilities are encouraged.
Never worked in care before? That’s okay. What we look for are values and a caring go-getting attitude. Sector renowned training will be provided will hone in on your skills and teach you some new ones. There are opportunities for progression so the skies the limit.
Six ladies all with their own tenancies (two individual and two shared flats) are looking for you to support them with day to day tasks and activities within their home and further afield.
You will be working with ladies who have epilepsy, brain injury, mental health and complex needs.
Patience and an outgoing, go-getting personality is essential. What you get back from the ladies is so rewarding.
There are no two days the same. You could be supporting someone to a hospital appointment or to go shopping. You could be taking a drive to Largs to go and get an ice cream.
Direct personal care and prompting is involved within this service as is moving and handling. All training will be provided.
Working pattern: We are looking for Female Relief Support Workers to work a variety of shifts weekly.

Due to the idyllic location of the services and shift patterns it is essential candidates drive and have access to their own transport.
