Responsibilities
* Ensure that the human resources for smooth hospital management are available for recruitment and training of staff.
* Assign work to various staff members and follow up on their progress and support them.
* Chalk out budgets for effective hospital health management and undertake accounting, reporting and analysis functions to benefit the organisation and its patients.
* Maintain both the financial and organisational running of the facility as a hospital administration officer.
* Adapt to and learn the dynamic technological advances in the medical industry and adopt the same.
