The Department of Campus Infrastructure have an exciting opportunity to work as a CAFM Co-ordinator. This role is crucial to the effective maintenance of buildings and equipment at the University of Bath. Through the CAFM system you will deliver infrastructure support to administrative, business, teaching, research and learning activities across the University buildings, through the monitoring, planning and scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive workloads. You will also assist CAFM users to achieve operational service requirements, planning, carrying out and documenting evaluations and tests to ensure stakeholder requirements are met.
