HR Manager
6 month FTC
London, Hybrid
£60-65k annual salary
HR Manager required to complete a 6 month contract for a national facilities management company. This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week predominantly from the London City Head office with option to work across other sites in London zones 1-2.
Key Responsibilities
* Management of the full HR cycle, supported by one HR Assistant
* Coaching and guidance to people managers
* Regular updates to C Suite
* Salary benchmarking
* Change management
* Recruitment and inductions
* Oversight of 3rd party payroll
* Employee relations and performance management
* Learning and development planning and delivery of training
* Occasional national travel
Desirable skills and experience:
* Full generalist remit
* Working in a standalone capacity or a small team
* Supporting an employee network with a high percentage of frontline customer service staff
* Understanding of multisite operations
* Able to deliver quick solutions
