Liquid personnel are currently recruiting for a Lead practitioner to join a multi-agency child protection team on a permanent basis in the west midlands.

Main duties
As a Lead Practitioner you will be the example of good practice within the team, you will provide consultation, oversight and supervision across the team. Your main duties will include:
* Take the lead in CP and strategy meetings
* Have oversight of s.47 enquiries and child protection plans
* Lead CP conferences
* Lead reflective and group supervision with the team

Key requirements
If you are a qualified social worker with a minimum of 4 years post qualified experience within children and family services, then we want to hear from you. To be considered for this role you must be:
* Registered with SWE
* Experienced working within children and family services as a social worker
* Eligible to work in the UK
* A UK driving licence holder
