Support Worker British Sign Language Required - Independent Living \n Location: Newcastle \n Hourly Rate: 14.54\n Full-Time - 24/7 Shift Patterns - Days, Nights, Weekends\n\nAre you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? If you're looking for meaningful, person-centred work where your compassion and skills are truly valued, we want to hear from you.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nSupport individuals with personal care needs, household tasks, and everyday life skills.\nPromote choice, dignity, and independence, helping people lead active, healthy, and socially engaged lives.\nAssist with mobility, communication, medication, and community activities.\nWork collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and landlords to ensure holistic, high-quality support.\nMaintain accurate daily records using digital tools e.g.
