The Role – Customer Research Analyst The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a research focussed position, and have experience in briefing, designing and building customer surveys. If you also understand focus groups and how they run – that will be a massive bonus! Responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the insight manager across all quantitative and qualitive research.
* Working with agencies to brief on survey writing and help manager the customer base.
* Communicate findings to internal team members in order to come up with plans to resolve.
* Project management.
The Requirements – Customer Research Analyst To be successful in this role you must, have fantastic excel skills, be coming directly from a research focussed role, and be organised and meticulous in your approach.
