As a Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer, you will play a pivotal role in my clients dynamic team, helping buyers find their dream homes and guiding sellers through successful transactions. With uncapped commission, fully funded industry qualifications, and a supportive team, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in the property sector.
About the role:
* Conducting appointments at customers’ homes to provide accurate valuations and secure sale instructions
* Advising on marketing options, setting realistic asking prices, and managing client expectations
* Leveraging social media platforms to create engaging content and boost property visibility
* Creating Standout Listings – Crafting compelling property descriptions and brochures to showcase homes in the best possible light
* Showcase your in-depth knowledge of the area’s property market to give the best advice and insights
* Identifying and acting on additional revenue opportunities to drive success
* Providing office support and working closely with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Providing expert guidance to clients throughout the buying and selling process
* Delivering timely feedback to sellers to keep them informed throughout the entire process
* Responding promptly and professionally to phone and email inquiries
* Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients
* Working closely with the companies Partners to help continue delivering a market leading service
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience within the estate agent industry is essential
* A results-driven individual who thrives on exceeding targets

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

* Strong communication skills, having the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

* Excellent organisational skills, you are able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* A confident communicator with a professional and positive attitude
* Social media savvy – confident in using platforms for marketing and engagement.
* Flexibility, some Saturday work is required and this is on a rota basis with time given in Lieu.
* Full, clean UK driving license – essential for attending appointments (45p per mile paid)
