Contracts Manager - Cornwall
RGB Recruitment are delighted to be working with a reputable sub-contractor in search for a Contracts Manager join the team on a permanent basis! Your responsibility is to ensure timely completion in accordance with project programs, safely and within budget. As the Contracts Manager, you will be Cornwall based, Southwest, responsible for multiple projects across the region as well as projects in Plymouth.
Responsibilities:
Allocate labour resources
Provide supervision and support
Manage variations, ensure all works are priced correctly
Monitor work performance, quality and safety
Maintain site registers and records
Conduct induction training and toolbox talks
Provide regular project performance reports including a full monthly report
Take responsibility for the management of up to multiple site teams
Understand and deliver contracts within the agreed contract conditions and timeframes
Requirements:
IT literate including Microsoft 365, Excel
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Detailed Health and Safety knowledge
Knowledge of building, material components, building regulations
SMSTS, Relevant CSCS card
Relevant driving licence
