Are you currently working in the nuclear industry and have good knowledge and understanding of Non-Destructive Assay Systems?
We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Account Manager to manage and expand our systems business in particular NDA systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities and providing expert guidance on our solutions.
This position is based in Warrington, Cheshire, working alongside the Systems team which includes physicists, engineers and other members of the project team.
The role belongs to the Technologies group EMEA/APAC and reports to the UK Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of an Account Manager - Systems include, but are not limited to:
1. Main point of contact for all the Systems opportunities in the UK (Non-Destructive Assay systems, measurement & expertise with specific yearly targets).
2. Manage territory and visit customers regularly and efficiently, maximising customer contact time and effectiveness.
3. Develop a business strategy for the region – talking to high level stakeholders.
4. Present our products to our customers; to identify and explore customers’ requirements and possible solutions; to present solutions effectively and win orders against competitors.
5. To identify new customers and business potential with existing customers, so developing territory.
6. Help organise and participate in exhibitions and conferences.
7. Report sales activities and prepare reports and forecasts as required.
8. Actively participate in tender processing. Prepare quotations as required.
9. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams (e.g. sales and operations).
10. Liaising with product managers and sales support teams in USA & Europe.
11. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain.
12. Uphold the Company’s core values of integrity, commitment, accountability, respect and exploration.
13. Cooperate with the Company’s policies, procedures and provisions related to quality, safety and environmental management.
The Person
The key skills and qualities of an Account Manager - Systems are:
1. Science or Engineering degree.
2. Nuclear Industry experience.
3. Nuclear Physics background an advantage.
4. Good sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
5. Good time management.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
