An exciting opportunity exists for a Programmed Manager within our AHP team. The post holder will manage projects, support the AHP Leadership team and implementation of the AHP Strategy.

The role requires programme and business management for identified AHP professions, supporting the Associate Director of AHPs (ADAHP) and Heads of Service to achieve the aims and objectives of each department, meeting deliverables and taking a programme approach as appropriate.
The post holder will ensure the delivery of programme and project milestones, provide comprehensive reports, and lead working groups with key stakeholders. They will be a part of and support the AHP Leadership team in the oversight, delivery and implementation of the AHP Strategy, linking closely with Clinical Effectiveness and PMO functions of the Trust.
The AHP programme manager will lead, develop and deliver AHP programmes and projects across North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (NCIC) as identified by the AHP Leadership Team so to achieve organisational, contractual and departmental performance targets, objectives and outcomes.
The post holder will also devise systems to ensure that services are delivered effectively, efficiently, economically and equitably. Working with peers across operations, the post holder will be a key conduit in the sharing of information, methodologies and approaches to continuous improvement.
The post holder will work in close liaison with and report directly to the ADAHP and requires a knowledge of all AHP services.
