Summary: We are looking for a Senior QA engineer to help develop market leading InsurTech solutions. You will join us at an exciting time as we re-invent a market leading business modelling tool from a Windows desktop application to a SaaS solution. You will work alongside other engineers as part of a close-knit agile development team to ensure our products meet high standards. Hybrid working from home and in-office is available. The Role: Ownership of test strategies for features or whole applications Collaborate with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to define User Stories Collaborate with developers to resolve issues & achieve high levels of test automation Develop & execute functional & non-functional tests from unit to whole system and UX – manual & automated Investigate new tools and techniques, share best practice with other teams The Requirements: C# development / developer in test experience is mandatory, experience unit testing a .net Windows desktop solution would be a definite advantage Experience working in senior software quality assurance roles including automated and manual testing Strong ability to create comprehensive test plans aligned with feature requirements Experience in taking ownership of a particular area of software quality assurance for either a product or a team function A proven track record in building and implementing pyramid testing strategies Experience working in a “shift-left” culture, ownership / evangelism would be an advantage Experience of contract testing (ideally using PACT) would be an advantage Equal Opportunity Employer At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger.
