Ensure that the companies Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental policies and standards are complied with at all times. Actively promote a zero accident culture. Available to meet the requirements of the contract. You will be required to participate on an on call rota for which a callout allowance is paid To supervise the service delivery to ensure that client's needs are met in accordance with contractually agreed targets and service level agreements. To be responsible for the operational performance and rectification where required. Liaise with all operational teams and client staff, as required.
