Role Overview:
They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day operations of their office. As the office manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient running of their workplace, providing administrative support to senior leadership, and ensuring a positive environment for the team. This is a full-time, in-office position, and the ideal candidate will be expected to work five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring everything is in good working order.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests.
* Support senior leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
* Organise office events, meetings, and team activities as required.
* Liaise with external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
* Maintain office filing and documentation systems.
* Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring the office space is set up for new starters.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar role within a professional environment (e.g., executive search, consultancy, or professional services).
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Experience managing office supplies and liaising with external service providers.
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
* A polished and professional demeanor suitable for a luxury business environment.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
