Role: Content and PR Manager - Beauty Retail Brand
Location: Bracknell
Salary: £43K
Are you a creative storyteller with experience in content marketing and PR? This is your chance to join a recognised beauty brand and take the lead in leading content marketing for the brand while building strong media relationships.
About the Role
* Develop and oversee content for a variety of channels, including social media, email, and websites. Work closely with brand partners to ensure content aligns with corporate and creative standards.
* Manage relationships with trade media, contribute to PR strategies, and oversee agency execution.
* Manage and mentor two direct reports (a coordinator and an executive), ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality outputs.
* Work alongside the marketing team, particularly with the Creative Manager, to drive innovative projects.
* Support the organization of events, leveraging opportunities to network and enhance media relations.
Experience needed:
* 4-5 years of experience in content marketing and PR, ideally in the beauty industry or a related sector.
* A strong ability to manage media relations and build long-term partnerships with trade and industry publications.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent written skills, with a flair for creating compelling, audience-specific content for different platforms.
* Line management experience.
* Experience leading on content strategies across a range of channels.
