Our forward-thinking and innovative client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join their friendly team. The successful candidate will be strategically targeting leads and booking meetings for Business Development Managers with qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling meetings with prospects
2. Email & LinkedIn prospects within the target markets
3. Identifying key opportunities by engaging with prospects who are willing to review their current supplier(s) and consider a more valuable offering
4. Understand the Sales Process and provide suspects with knowledge of company products to spark interest
5. Hand over key information to the BDM prior to their meeting with a prospect
6. Be accountable for any prep work required ahead of a meeting
7. Establish and maintain a good rapport with all prospects, maximizing opportunities
8. Identifying key stakeholders/contacts within the prospective companies, and adding their correct details into the CRM
9. Ensure that data is accurately recorded and kept up-to-date on the company CRM system
10. Confidently promote the company brand and products to clients
Experience and Skills Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in a phone-based sales-focused role
2. Considerable B2B experience
3. Proven history and success in a similar role
4. Effective at selling over the phone
5. Enjoy telemarketing/telesales and have the ability to get around the 'gate-keeper'
6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic
9. Display a passion for the company and have a consistently positive attitude
10. Outgoing and friendly, exceptional at building rapport with a wide range of people
11. Excellent presentation, listening, and consulting skills
