Key Skills Required
* Proven work experience within a customer service role in a similar environment.
* Excellent IT skills with a knowledge of MS Office/ EXCEL.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
General
* To communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally via written and spoken means.
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
* To be adaptable, enthusiastic and learn quickly.
* To be motivated and driven with a can-do attitude.
Working hours are 08:30-17:00-Monday to Friday, paid at £12 per hour
