Credit Controller\n\nThe Role:\n\nPIB Group are on the lookout for a passionate individual who is committed to delivering excellent customer service. \nThe Credit Controller will management of a ledger of specialised accounts which they will take full responsibility for. Collecting payments and working with the branch to resolve queries in a timely manner. They will work with the manager to create efficient new processes to obtain cash in a timely manner.
Attend regular debt meetings with branch and Credit Manager and monthly debt reviews to discuss any queries and concerns with the Manager.\nThe role of the Credit Controller is a key position within the first line of defence for the organisation.
