Our client is seeking a Year 5 Teacher to work on a full-time, longterm basis, starting in January and continuing until the end of the academic year. This role would include full class teaching responsibilities including planning, preparing and delivering lessons. As this school is 2 form entry long-term planning is in place and planning responsibilities are shared between the class teachers. ECTs are encouraged to apply. As a Year 5 Teacher, your responsibilities will include: Full class responsibilities, including planning, delivering, and marking lessons aligned with the National Curriculum. Inspiring and engaging pupils to achieve their full potential. Implementing excellent behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment. Assessing and tracking pupil progress and providing feedback to support development. Contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities or initiatives. Collaborating with colleagues to create a stimulating and supportive Primary School environment. Required Skills and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) accreditation. Proven experience or a strong understanding of teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2). A passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering the National Curriculum. Excellent behaviour management skills to maintain classroom discipline. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, pupils, and parents. Working as a Year 5 Teacher with Flourish Education Offers Competitive pay: £120 - £160 per day (£23,400 - £31,200 per annum for a full school year). PAYE or Umbrella options available.
