Leading professional services company seeking a new senior employment lawyer to join their highly skilled in-house legal team in London.
This is a unique opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team, with an interesting and broad spread of contentious and non-contentious employment work on offer. They are looking for an adept and experienced employment lawyer to provide legal support across the organisations large and varied workforce including:
1. Contractual agreements
2. TUPE
3. Corporate transactions
4. Restructures
5. Disputes
6. Grievances
7. Disciplinary matters
8. Internal policies and procedures
9. Compensation and benefits
10. Whistleblowing
11. DEI initiatives
12. Restrictive covenants
13. Terminations
This would include managing claims internally and in the courts and tribunals. In addition to supporting on these areas, the role will be to proactively identify and manage legal risk and to liaise with senior stakeholders.
You will have proven experience as an employment lawyer in advisory, corporate support and litigation preferably from a top tier law firm and in-house experience is a bonus. Attitude is important in this collaborative team, so the ideal candidate will be versatile, efficient, proactive with strong drafting skills, mature, discreet and an excellent communicator with strong academics and understanding of employment law.
