Key Responsibilities:
* Providing generalist HR advice to line managers across the organisation.
* Building relationships with managers across the GMC and working collaboratively with them on People matters.
* Supporting the wider people team on the delivery of projects.
Fully or part CIPD-qualified, you will have a proven track record in HR, responding to staffing issues and managing recruitment campaigns. Your sound knowledge of best practice and employment legislation, together with your ability to establish relationships with people, will ensure you provide a high-quality service. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and your organised approach will mean you excel while meeting the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role with one day per week in the office, with additional in-office days as required.
