Job Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently manage and process customer orders via phone and email
2. Provide product guidance, including upsell and switch-sell recommendations
3. Coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing teams to track order deliveries
4. Resolve customer complaints and liaise with couriers on delivery issues
5. Build a thorough knowledge of the product range for effective customer support
6. Contribute to various business processes within a small, dynamic team
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-functional role
3. Positive, adaptable attitude with attention to detail and organisation
4. Previous experience in sales or administrative roles is preferred
