Location: Manchester (based in one of our buildings: Carnarvon Street, Bradnor, Zion Centre, Phoenix Mill, and Mustard Tree) Hours: Full-time (37.5 per week) Salary: £26,110.87 - £27,449.52 dependent on experience (based on full time working hours, pro rata for part time) Responsibilities The Role Your responsibilities will include: Supporting service users in accessing treatment through personalised triage assessments. Delivering brief and psychosocial interventions, whether individually or in groups, for those using alcohol and non-opiate substances. Documenting interventions accurately and promptly to ensure a seamless treatment process. Promoting involvement from carers, service users, and the community to create a collaborative support network. Supporting social reintegration and recovery, promoting resilience and self-determination. Facilitating access to mutual aid and supporting interventions for overall wellbeing. About You: To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who: Has a solid understanding of substance misuse issues and has experience in this or a related field Commitment to collaborative working and building partnerships. Strong time management and initiative-taking abilities. Ability to communicate clearly and fostering effective relationships. Dedication to embracing and promoting our values and vision.
