We have an exciting opportunity to join our human resources team at our Central services in Fareham. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to support the human resources team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Completion of core tasks arising from our human resources system workflow, such as confirmation of changes in terms and conditions letters.
2. Support the recruitment and onboarding administrators to complete tasks relating to applications and DBS checks, including liaising with candidates.
3. Supporting with project work assigned by members of the management team, including the development of a new performance management programme.
4. Minute taking at meetings when required.
5. Provide human resources administration support to staff as required.
6. Work alongside our human resources system provider to support delivering efficiencies with the use of our online records management system.
7. Provide regular reports from the human resources database.
8. General office duties including photocopying, scanning, filing and shredding.
9. Any other reasonable duties required to assist the smooth running of the human resources delivery to our services or in the interest of the organisation.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR ROLE
1. Good standard of general education to GCSE Maths and English.
2. Ability to type quickly and accurately.
3. Excellent IT skills.
4. High level of proficiency in the use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Experience in using a range of office equipment.
6. Clear verbal and written English and excellent communication skills.
7. Ability to plan, organise, and multitask.
8. Flexible approach.
9. Experience of an administration role.
