About the Role As a Technical Sales Consultant at SciBite, you will demonstrate solution value pre-sales and provide post-sales technical support. Your main responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and identifying new use cases to drive sales. Responsibilities - Developing and maintaining deep knowledge of SciBite technologies and industry trends to support customer needs - Conducting detailed product demonstrations and technical discussions to showcase SciBite's capabilities and value and understand customer requirements - Providing proactive technical support to licensed customers, including creating technical documentation and resources - Acting as a trusted advisor for customers, maintaining ongoing relationships and ensuring their satisfaction, including responding to any technical concerns - Working closely with the sales team to drive new business development opportunities - Attending meetings as a technical expert, capturing customer use-cases and project requirements - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales processes - Supporting the product team in qualifying and prioritizing customer feedback for product feature development Requirements - Have the ability to quickly become an expert in SciBite solutions - Be able to articulate the value of SciBite solutions during technical demos - Possess working knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, ontologies, and knowledge graphs. AWS, Docker and programming languages like Python would be preferred. - Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences - Have experience leading difficult conversations with diverse audiences - Be capable of performing requirement analysis and mapping requirements to deliverables - Experience working with Pharma companies - Be open to travel to customer sites and conferences Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
