Your main duties will include: Delivering direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being. Assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for patients presenting with a range of conditions. Managing patient flow and ensuring efficient and timely care delivery in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring their effects, and documenting appropriately. Supporting patients and their families by providing information, reassurance, and emotional support during critical and stressful situations. Working closely with senior nurses and doctors to manage clinical situations and contribute to decision-making.
