My client a well established distribution and manufacturing company based in Altham is looking for an Administrator to working the HR team Temp-Perm. The hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Duties:- Assist the HR manager with all administration tasks.- Good understanding of Microsoft packages and be able to manage Spreadsheets well.- Filing, scheduling meetings, and handling queries when they arise.- Email suppliers and customers and deal with telephone calls when the manager isn't free.
Requirements:- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on human resources preferred- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
