Head of PMO & Data Protection - Remote Full Time Role, Salary is dependent on experience.
What will you do?
As Head of PMO and Data Protection, you will be responsible for setting up and successfully executing our programme management office. This role will have full ownership over all project management processes and accountability to drive project management and compliance with ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As Head of PMO, you’ll take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities, including:
Project Management Leadership
* Oversee all project management activities, supporting internal and external projects from start to finish.
* Manage the full project lifecycle: from business case development and scoping to delivery, testing, and completion.
* Deliver project outcomes on time, meeting quality standards while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and social impact.
* Monitor and report on project progress, resource utilisation, and outcomes to clients, management, and other stakeholders.
* Identify and manage project risks, developing risk management strategies and escalating issues where necessary.
Team Leadership
* Lead, manage, and hold accountability for a team of project and success managers to deliver project objectives effectively.
* Foster a culture of excellence within the team, aligned with business goals and principles.
Portfolio Oversight
* As the Head of PMO, identify synergies and risks across the project portfolio and adjust plans or escalate issues as needed.
* Collaborate with managers to align future resource needs with capacity, ensuring smooth operations and project delivery.
Compliance and Standards
* Act as the businesses Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
* Oversee and manage the businesses ISO 9001 and 27001 certifications, ensuring operational processes and supporting documentation are up to date.
* Work with external advisers to support audits and reviews.
Customer and Account Development
* Support customer and account development goals by monitoring and reporting client satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with sales and account management teams on planning and execution.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships across client to drive renewal and account growth.
Additional Duties
* Undertake other reasonable duties as required to support the businesses goals.
