Your role will involve working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing them with the best possible service. The estimated salary for this position is £22,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Work closely with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and issues
* Provide education and training on our broadband services and how to get the most out of them
