We’re looking for an experienced marketeer who is a confident communicator with excellent skills in marketing, analytics and problem solving - essential to delivering our core metrics. You’ll plan and implement retention marketing roadmaps ensuring continual improvement through a test and learn approach, and applying best practice.
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Head of Retention, you’ll be responsible for driving yield and revenue, and improving lifetime value across our digital and print subscriber base. Delivering retention and engagement marketing initiatives to reduce churn and win back customers. You’ll be experienced in retention analytics and be confident in presenting results and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels.
Above all, you will be customer centric and will always deliver a first class customer experience, whilst also reviewing how we can reduce costs and maximise our retention budget to support LTV across the business.

1. At least 4 years experience in retention or CRM marketing, ideally from a subscriptions background
2. Experience with managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email
3. Knowledge of CRM/CDP Platforms and automated digital journeys
