About the Role The role of a 360 Consultant is to generate revenue, you will be expected to: Originate your own roles and originate new clients To have specialist knowledge in a specific area Be able to Develop a new area and/or maintaining a desk at the required level of revenue generation Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Value Creation Business development: Identifying jobs and winning search mandates: Consultants will work with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and work closely in a consultative partnership. Execution and Delivery: In addition to core mandates, Consultants will undertake searches/mandates allocated by the PM as required On all searches, Consultants will: Engage client in a high detail discussion about the mandate Identify and approach top 5 candidates per search with allocated researcher listening to call Create a market target list and core skillset matrix for research team (if used) Interview every shortlisted candidate via VC or f2f Sell candidates at shortlist stage with passion and in-depth knowledge Prep all candidates and clients pre interview, including presenting push and pull pre-interview data to clients Assist research team with cross referencing, market intelligence report and longlist analytics Documentation: Consultants will create pitch documents, market maps, proposals and shortlists in line with client requirements and company standards, to be reviewed by PM before external circulation. Marketing: Consultants should be active on LinkedIn for personal brand development and marketing our clients, in addition to actively pursuing opportunities to feature in news articles where possible. Providing advice and guidance: Consultants should provide an advisory role to their clients on recruitment best practices, market intel, job descriptions, interview techniques, and even sharing employment laws at times. Building relationships: Consultants should be consistently building outstanding relationships with their clients and candidates to ensure that they understand their needs and can provide the best possible service. Meeting targets: Consultants are expected to meet targets set out by the business for filling vacancies and generating revenue for their company. Maximising value: Consultants should repurpose shortlists and market intelligence from each search. Process Completion Sourcing candidates: Working closely with the RAD team to find suitable candidates for each individual mandate. Screening candidates: Consultants are responsible for screening candidates to determine their suitability for the role. Managing the search process: If working independently - Consultants work closely with their clients to manage the entire recruitment process. This may include meeting the client face to face and having regular phone calls, setting up interviews, providing feedback to candidates and the client, advising, consulting and guiding both parties through from start to close including negotiating job offers. If working with support from PM/M – Consultants should bring PM/M into all client meetings unless agreed otherwise. Using the database and Yammer: Consultants must be using both Yammer and the database consistently and correctly uploading all the vital information accurately and in real time. For Yammer this means posting market intelligence gathered during calls with Candidates and Clients. Delivering shortlists: Consultants will be responsible for delivering candidate shortlist documents for every search, which will include both candidate profiles and market data gathered during the search process, with support from the delivery team (if used).
