* Follow up on leads and quotes to convert prospects into customers.
Technical Support:
* Provide basic technical support to clients, addressing inquiries.
* Collaborate with the technical team for more complex technical inquiries.
Sales Reporting:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression.
* Generate regular sales reports for management review.
Continuous Learning:
* Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
