Key Responsibilities
As an Administrator, you'll be a vital part of the team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Your tasks will include:
Reviewing and managing the annual insurance policy to ensure all individuals are covered for their trips, liaising with insurance broker for updates and amendments.
Managing and maintaining funding cards for travellers, including ordering replacements for lost or stolen cards.
Handling payments in multiple currencies.
Processing Expense Claim forms in Microsoft, addressing queries, reconciling claims with transactions and ensuring prompt reimbursements.
Assisting with the maintenance and accuracy of individual traveller information.
Coordinating with First Aid suppliers to ensure team members have up-to-date qualifications and access to relevant courses.
