Job Description
Central Food Service LTD is an established and growing business in the food distribution sector, supplying over 800 customers within a 100-mile radius from our Stoke On Trent depot.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our customer service and sales department.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Take telephone orders from our existing customer database.
2. Invoice customers through our semi-bespoke system.
3. Perform administrative tasks.
4. Conduct market research.
5. Upsell products based on research findings.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and enthusiastic about helping the business continue its upward trajectory by increasing sales to existing customers and forming relationships with potential new customers.
If you are passionate, reliable, and enthusiastic, full training and support will be provided at all times by our Sales & Business Development Manager and their existing team of experienced operatives.
Core Hours: Sunday 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Thursday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, plus Fridays on a rota. Days may differ during the initial training period.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
