As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging lessons and provide targeted interventions for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students. This part-time, temporary position offers a competitive daily rate of £100-£120 and the opportunity to work in a school that values collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading small group sessions and delivering pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence.
• Supporting students with varying abilities to ensure their individual needs are met.
• Assisting in the planning and preparation of engaging and inclusive learning activities.
