As a Business Development Executive, you will join a growing team of like-minded individuals and be responsible for identifying and bringing aboard quick-growth clients and ensuring they receive an exceptional service throughout the whole sales process.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:
* Research, identify, and reach out to prospective companies to arrange initial meetings.
* Pitch Insurance products and services to prospective clients either face-to-face or virtually.
* Offer outstanding customer service by following up at speed on leads, requests, and issues.
* Maintain consistent contact with the Broking team to ensure prompt progress with new clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Business Development Executive:
* Strong communication skills are key to this role - written and verbal.
* Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
* Willingness to succeed, someone with the hunger to progress.
* Organised with the ability to follow through on promises and deliver client expectations.
* Knowledge of Fintech desirable.
