Key Responsibilities:

4. Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents where necessary.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience: Previous experience as a TA, preferably with intervention or SEN support.
2. Qualifications: Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
3. Skills: Strong understanding of literacy and numeracy strategies, with the ability to differentiate learning.
4. Flexibility: Comfortable working with different age groups and adapting to individual learning needs.
