Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in delivering service excellence and in commercial management.
* Understanding of costs, timescales, risk management, and contract types.
* Knowledge of BIM, value engineering, life cycle costing, and contractual frameworks.
* Analytical, digital competence, and effective communication skills.
* Degree in quantity surveying or cost management, with relevant professional memberships (e.g., MRICS/RICS).
* Leadership experience and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
* Awareness of sustainability, social value, and industry best practices.
