We’re looking for someone to lead the way in creating seamless digital experiences for our customers, to build advocacy and advance the practice of Experience Design across the Group. It’s an amazing opportunity to shape the way we engage and build relationships with our customers, supporting them over time and getting them to the right solutions for their evolving needs.

3. Understand the connected nature of designing end to end customer experiences to help customers navigate our financial ecosystem.
4. Understand the role of design thinking in the context of our business and engineering priorities and drive a holistic approach.
5. Influence senior leaders to ensure customer value is central to decision-making, so that our new propositions are fit for purpose in deepening customer relationships.
